🛂 Travel Essentials

• All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for every member of the group.
• Ensure your mobile network is active for seamless communication; major cities like Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur have good connectivity.
• Guests are advised to reach airports and railway stations well in advance to avoid last-minute hassles. Flight check-in counters typically close 3 hours before departure.

🏨 Accommodation & Stay

• Extra beds at hotels will be provided in the form of mattresses.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

• In case of non-availability in listed hotels, alternate similar-category accommodation will be arranged.

• Fixed/buffet meals are provided.

• Maximum 4 persons allowed in one room (2 adults + 1 extra bed + 1 child without bed).

🚐 Transport & Sightseeing

• The vehicle provided will be strictly on Point-to-Point or Itinerary Basis and not for personal disposal.
• Vehicle services will conclude by 7:00 PM for local use.
• Any deviation from the planned route, unless due to unavoidable circumstances, will attract additional charges.
• Sightseeing may be affected in case of VIP or VVIP movements. Entry to certain mandir’s may be restricted without prior notice.
• While we aim to cover all attractions listed in the itinerary, the sequence may be adjusted based on time, traffic, and operational feasibility.
• Local taxis and rickshaws are available, but costs are to be borne by guests. These services will be directly payable by guests.

🔁 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  Cancellation by You:

• Written or email notification is required for cancellations.

• Cancellation charges apply as per our published policy.

  Change or Cancellation by Us:

• We may revise or cancel bookings due to unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather).

• If cancelled before the trip starts, we will offer alternate dates or full refund.

• If trip has started, a pro-rata refund for unused services will be provided.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of booking fees.

  Holiday Plan Changes by You:

• Change requests (e.g., date or hotel) must be in writing.

• Any costs arising from the changes will be borne by the guest.

📝 Complaints & Support

• Report issues immediately to the hotel, transport provider, or our local representative.

• For unresolved issues, write to us within 28 days of returning with your booking reference.
