Day-wise Plan for Your Himalayan Escape
Welcome to the start of your Himalayan Escape! Upon your arrival in Delhi, you’ll be greeted and transferred by road to Shimla. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure, soaking in the refreshing mountain air. After a delightful dinner, unwind and rest overnight at your hotel.
After breakfast, head out for a scenic drive to Kufri, located at an altitude of 2,500 meters. Enjoy the panoramic views and natural beauty. Later, visit the Zoological Park and stroll along the lively Mall Road. Return to the hotel in the evening for a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
Post breakfast, drive to the charming hill station of Manali, nestled at 1,929 meters above sea level. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening exploring the local market or relaxing at leisure. Enjoy dinner and a cozy overnight stay at the hotel.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and embark on a local sightseeing tour of Manali. Visit the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple, the serene Vashisht Temple, Tibetan Monastery, and Van Vihar. After a day full of cultural exploration, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, set out for an adventurous day at Solang Valley, known for its stunning landscapes and thrilling activities. You can opt for paragliding, zorbing, and other snow-based adventures (seasonal). Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and a relaxing night stay.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your return journey to Delhi. You’ll be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward travel, marking the end of a memorable Himalayan retreat.

Before You Go – What You Need to Know
🛂 Travel Essentials
All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for every member of the group.
This package is valid for Indian nationals only, unless mentioned otherwise.
Arrival and departure from Jaipur are not included and must be arranged by the guests themselves.
Flight, train, or bus fares are not included in the package cost.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, subject to hotel policy.
🏨 Accommodation & Stay
Extra beds at hotels will be provided in the form of mattresses.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
In case of non-availability in listed hotels, alternate similar-category accommodation will be arranged.
Fixed/buffet meals are provided; room heaters are not included and chargeable directly at hotels.
Maximum 4 persons allowed in one room (2 adults + 1 extra bed + 1 child without bed).
🚐 Transport & Sightseeing
- Vehicles will be available strictly as per the itinerary; not for personal use such as shopping or off-route sightseeing.
Vehicle service timings are between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM only.
If guests fail to visit any place mentioned in the itinerary due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible.
Any extension of the trip by the guest will incur additional charges and must be confirmed in writing beforehand.

🔁 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by You:
Written or email notification is required for cancellations.
Cancellation charges apply as per our published policy.
Change or Cancellation by Us:
We may revise or cancel bookings due to unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather).
If cancelled before the trip starts, we will offer alternate dates or full refund.
If trip has started, a pro-rata refund for unused services will be provided.
Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of booking fees.
Holiday Plan Changes by You:
Change requests (e.g., date or hotel) must be in writing.
Any costs arising from the changes will be borne by the guest.
📝 Complaints & Support
Report issues immediately to the hotel, transport provider, or our local representative.
For unresolved issues, write to us within 28 days of returning with your booking reference.
